Directions to the Center for Studies in Physics and Biology
Rockefeller University
Rockefeller University is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan at 1230 York Ave.
(Google map).
The main entrance to the campus is on the intersection of York Avenue
and East 66th Street. If arriving by plane or train, the campus is most
easily and directly reached by taxi cab from Kennedy, LaGuardia or
Newark Airports or from Pennslyvania or Grand Central Stations. The
closest subway train is the #6 Lexington Avenue Local(IRT) stopping at
the 68th Street and Lexington Avenue station.
Center
The Center for Studies in Physics and Biology is
located in Smith Hall Annex. The guard at the main entrance of the
campus can direct you. From the main entrance, walk straight, turn left
at the end of the entrance road, and after walking about 50 meters, go
down the stairs that you will see at your right-hand side. Look for the
big sign "Center for Studies in Physics and Biology" above the entrance
to our building.
Guest rooms
Enter the main gate at 66th Street on the
east side of York Avenue. The guard (on duty 24 hours a day) will
direct you to the Founder's Hall Security Desk where you will receive
your room key and registration materials.
