Research interests

My research lies at the interface between nonlinear and statistical physics and biology - with a particular emphasis on development - and involves a combination of theory, modeling, and collaboration with experimentalists. Topics of interest include:

Developmental patterning
C. elegans locomotion
Optimal transport networks
Plant morphogenesis
Mechanical instabilities
